Kyle was wonderful and went over and beyond solving my bluetooth problem and tire issue. When I got in the car to leave, someone had left a huge black mark the size of a hand on the door where you pull it closed. This happened last time too. Next time I will ask for it to be cleaned.

That is the person who knows nothing about the concept of customer service, extremely rude, arrogant and impolite.
I totally understand we are all human being, sometimes we have a bad day or so, but this person is simply hates his job and even his life he can’t be in that position.
I had my appointment originally with Sean Bouthillier who is very helpful and had great experience with him in the past, but my bad luck that Mr Pepper offered to check in with him while waiting for Sean,
Also I must say that Cole Anderson, the service manager is great and very helpful.
The real problem with Roseville Toyota is the inconsistency, it’s all depend on the agent who is helping you!!
