My worker seemed like a nice guy. battery was replaced due to a warranty issue but he explained the situation to me in a clear way. A+ work all around. I have been treated very nicely by Toyota staff in every way but $100 for an oil change? I can’t afford that! Now that it is not free I’ll go somewhere else but please know my agent was A+ and I don’t blame him. Nice guy, I forget his name but he did nothing wrong. I just can’t afford that!
