I was not happy having to wait almost 2 hours for a tire rotation with an appointment. My front fender was slightly damaged, but not as badly as a previous visit. The car lift bent something underneath the vehicle causing the front fender to stick out on the bottom by 3/4" the first time, and about 1/2" the second. The technician bent the metal back on both occasions after I drove home, noticed the damage, and drove back to the dealership. I will be thoroughly inspecting my car next time.
On another occasion my engine was overfilled with motor oil after receiving an oil change by a full quart! I drained the extra oil out myself because returning to Roseville Toyota wasn't worth the hassle.
