I was completely impressed by all the actions Steve took today on my Tundra!! I will ask for him personally every time from here out .. I have a noise issue with my truck that has just started, Steve called your mechanic out to meet with me to go over my concerns. Thank you. I do have to mention that Pual was very up beat and friendly. He did mention that a surgery would be coming and made it clear it was important for him. He covered what the survey would ask but didn’t actually go over my paper work with me. He didn’t discuss the multi- point inspection with me, just mentioned that it was be part of the survey. A little disappointing.
Also I know that the car wash is free, but it never looks like the front of my car gets more than sprayed with water. It’s a bummer.
