When o was leaving I noticed one of my headlights was out. I'm surprised that this wasn't noted and that I wasn't asked if I wanted it replaced. Now I have to do it on my own. Also, I was offered a car wash and don't get one. I seem to be offered a car wash almost every time I come in and never actually receive one. I'd say don't offer one if you're not going to do it. Other than that that, experience today was positive, advisor was good.
