The service department did amazing, but an issue from finance from my newly purchased vehicle caused a problem. Came in for a tire repair thinking I had wheel and tire warranty, bit the service team could not find it. I ended up sitting and waiting for 2 hours for someone to arrive from finance to find out that the wrong code was used when setting up everything on the contract. In the end it got straightened out, but it was just additional frustration on top of having to come back three times to sign our sales contract because of errors on your side. I again want to state that Paul was amazing as was the rest of the service team. They are the reason I will give the Toyota service center one more chance.
