Started off as a normal day until I met Joe Pepper - service consultant at Roseville toyota location. I've been servicing my toyota at Roseville Toyota for many years and typically has been a pleasant experience until today. Once I was passed off to Joe the journey began. Here is a list of things Joe could improve on when it comes to servicing customers in a customer based business.
1. Joe failed to greet me with a simple "Hi my name is Joe, how can I assist you today". Instead awkward silence while aggressively typing while looking up me info.
2. Joe failed to fully listen to my questions before cutting me off.
3. Joe failed to provide true information and argued with me about what service I've had already completed by Toyota Service (and just within the last few months) basically calling me a liar.
4. Joe solely went off past notations from other service consultants to continue to argue about services that have been declined to repair when in fact these services (e.g CV joints repaired) were repaired within past 6months. Insisting that these services had already been done, Joe continued his very poor, lack there of customer service by basically calling me a liar while swiftly moving his computer monitor to show me past aged notations that showed my PAST decline to replace CV boot. Me: "Again Joe I already had your service department replace those boots just a few months ago. Not sure what your notes are telling you, I DO NOT need to replace anything just need a check up on my Left side alignment".
At this point I attempted to quickly pay for my oil change and get out of that negative environment. The only thing Joe did correct was take my payment.
Very dissatisfied and will be servicing my Toyota elsewhere.
