Service was fine. I was called to get my car and told it would be brought up. But then they said it was getting washed. It took over 20 minutes while I waited. Should have finished the job before calling me.

My experience with your staff today was stellar. However I came down today under the impression I was in need of service. Not only did my truck tell me “maintenance required soon”, also my sticker in my windshield was not updated from my last service. So my mileage coincided with the truck notifying me about service due. I live in Truckee and come to Roseville specifically for service from your dealership. I appreciate and trust your team far more than Dolan in a Reno. I will continue to be a loyal customer with Roseville Toyota for future services and truck purchases. I would however like to avoid unnecessary trips down the hill due to a simple oversight from your team. Thanks again for having such a quality staff and facility. Thank you for your time.
