Lacey was great, but it felt like the dealership was pushing the “upsell” a little too hard. I went in for oil change and windshield wipers, expecting to spend about $100 and be in and out. I was offered an extended maintenance package for $400, I declined. Windshield wipers ended up being over $100 alone, so I declined those and just got the oil change and tire rotation. Then I was offered no labor for windshield wipers; they would be at cost of $85. Too late. I’m not here to haggle. Give me your best price up front. I then had to remind her the current special of spend $100 get $10 off. I’m annoyed that the same visit could have cost more or less depending on the degree to which I felt like haggling. I’m not here to buy a car. I will just go to Jiffy Lube next time. No suprises same price for everyone. No haggle no hassle.
