From check-in to check-out, the service was great! I did not meet with the technician who serviced my car but I gathered from the report that he checked everything that needed to be checked and done- oil change and tire rotation.
It would be nice to meet the service technician. I mean, for the service technician to actually explain to us what he did and the results of his assessments. Or, is that too much time and effort for the service technicians to do? Just wondering...

Took way too much time. Team couldn’t find my key for tires, had to come back to search and they were in the glovebox the entire time. Dropped car off at 8:30 am for oil/break inspection, never received call regarding my car so I decided to call around noon, that’s when Michael told me about not being able to find the key. But no biggie, came down to find it, then finally got a text around 2:30 saying car was ready for pickup. Just wish for better communication and maybe some sort of discount from the inconvenience. However I’ll still be coming back for my routinely oil changes.
