In my experience in customer service, Paul went above and beyond to help me with my the service of my car. Paul made sure that I received everything that the department could offer. He should be given an award to put on his desk so the other service providers know what level they need to come to so that the department receives continued costumers. I told my wife about my experience and she said "what?" Last time I went some guy with slicked back hair wouldn't even give me time time of day. Well I told her Paul is the guy to go to from now on. We both own Toyotas. Paul is great and needs to become a manager soon.
