Your scheduling department needs to be more aware of already scheduled services. Over the last two months I have received an abundance of calls to schedule an appointment that had already been scheduled 6 months prior. It appears the computer systems do not communicate to one another or the main scheduling service line is poorly ran. I have attempted to resolve this multiple times, however they continued to call me to schedule a service appointment.
