I am missing my all weather cargo mat. When I said this to Josh, he said it was not part of my package, which I believe is incorrect because I specifically asked for the the package that gave all the carpet mats and all weather mats, including cargo when I bought the car. The car already came with the carpet, so I was told the all weather would be given when everything else was done. Also, considering all the upgrades that were added, why would the cargo mat be not added? I had to ask for a contact person to speak to, it was not volunteered. I will be going in person to speak with someone tonight to see if the issue can be resolved or what dept I need to go to.

I was scheduled for an Apple CarPlay upgrade. After arriving and my Tacoma taken to complete the upgrade I was told the upgrade was not available for my specific Tacoma. I was informed that it will be available in the future.

Love my Highlander! Loved the service and even bought an extension...but was told this time around they could not wash my car as I have a broken windshield. Do keep in mind it broke 3 days after purchase Sept 2018 and I have brought it in every 5 thousand miles and had it washed each time. Found the broken windshield just an excuse. Thanks
