Mike is really easy going and really comes across like he has the customer’s best interest in mind (versus profits or commission). This has not always been my experience at Roseville Toyota. I called to have my appointment scheduled online which was great. I received my email confirmation with my appointment @ 2:10pm from When I got there the appointment was not even in the system when I spoke with John Pepper. So I had to sit down & so all of that again. I was originally quoted an hour and a half for my service and my car was done in 2 hours & 15 mins. John did his job but overall seemed a little grouchie. I love the car wash flexibility to change my appointment when I needed. Thanks.

The ink rain I answered, no, which may sound odd was that the service was done so quickly. When I scheduled the service I was told 2 hours. When I dropped off the car I was told an hour 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes. Generally, that's a pretty good thing. However, it made me wonder if the service was as thorough as it could have been.
Again, Alex was very pleasant to work with.
