Everything was good until I went to valet. It took them close to 20 minutes to bring my car. I saw it parked . Some one came to get it. I assume to wash it. Then it was parked again and some one else had to go get it and pull it forward. Maybe you should wait until it is finished and washed to notify customers. Or maybe the guys were just really busy. I don’t know. Thank you anyways

I live in midtown Sacramento and bring my Highlander all the way to Roseville Toyota because I trust them and they make my experience much more comfortable and enjoyable.
