Lacey was great! My only overall comment on my previous service experience is that the car should be wiped down after the free car wash. My previous visits included the car wash but since it was not wipers down I had water spots on the outside and soap inside the rear hatch. Therefore, I declined the car wash this time.

Cory was great and on top of things. He did the best he could with the information provided by the off-site call folks that made my appointment. He explained to me clearly the issues I had with my vehicle and was intent on making sure my experience was satisfactory. The things that were in Cory's control, he took care of well. Unfortunately, when the mechanic conducted work on my battery, he failed to tighten down the nuts thoroughly and secure it under the hood. My boyfriend and I took a look over the car after the service and discovered this. Everything else with the vehicle maintenance was satisfactory. Over all, it was a decent experience, but the call center fiascos I had were a **** circus. Luckily, Cory gave me his business card for future reference, which will make an future experiences a lot easier.
