Ms Robertson never introduced herself or looked at me as she wrote up my service request. I know to many, it's going to be laughed at, but if I was working in Customer Service, I'd at least acknowledge my customer. Isn't a "hello" warranted if I'm going to give your Company my money?

You message and call WAY too much to “notify” me that my car needs service and to “schedule” an appointment. I keep track of when I need my service; even the car tells me. More notifications are unnecessary and honestly quite annoying.
