We needed an alignment due to pulls right. This was not corrected. We did not receive a printout for the alignment and feel that the alignment was not done!

My dissatisfaction comes from being told it would take 75-90 minutes for service. At the 120 minute mark I had not been called to be notified the service would take longer. I went over and was told someone would call me which didn't happen. It took 3 hours for service.

Hope I get a call back soon for my air vent replacement thank you!

Asked for some work not to be done when I originally set up the service call. No tire rotation, no oil change, no battery service, no filters replaced. Was supposed to be spark plugs, grease linkages and service front and rear differentials. My original quote was about $400 for the agreed work, which I have in an email. I agreed to add a break fluid service for $170+/-. After Chris mentioned there fluid was dirty. When I picked up the truck, my bill was over $800. It appears that I was charged for work that I originally declined. I didn’t say anything to Chris and just paid the bill. I shouldn’t have but I was upset and just wanted to leave. I text Chris when I got home and asked him to explain the charges, no response so far. Either work was done that I didn’t ask for and I was charged for it, or I was charged for work that wasn’t done, either way, this kind of thing makes me take my truck to independent service providers instead of Toyota. And, the last time I had my truck at Toyota, I was told I had to replace my rack n pinion. I declined. No mention of wear and tear or need to replace it this time. Everything checked out fine per the paperwork. Feel like I get up sold on stuff I don’t need everyone I visit you guys. Makes it hard to come back. I declined the fan clutch service and radiator cap replacement this go round. Will probably go elsewhere......again. I tried.
