Kyle was very helpful and I was out of there in a timely manner. I got a new set of tires. The cost was even lower than my estimate.
I was offered a complimentary car wash and accepted gladly. In the end it wasn’t washed. I was told it wasn’t washed because it wasn’t parked in the correct spot to get washed. I was given a rain check to come back another day. I will come back Thanks for a good visit.

About a year ago I did service my 2014 Lexus ES (oil change).
Few weeks ago I received an email with a coupon to change oil for 49.99. I schedule an appointment using email link, did bring car on time, but service adviser informed me (not very politely) that deal is only for Toyotas. He told my price will be 109 or 119. So I decided not to service my car this time, and have few comments, since you asked my opinion:
1) In your system you had my car info (2014 Lexus ES 300h); why did I receive an invitation for oil change with a coupon?
2) The use of words "I am sorry it was emailed by mistake" would be enough to make things right, but instead all conversation made me feel like I was trying to cheat with a coupon.
(I just checked my October 4 email and coupon and I didn't find any restriction :)
