Alex is very polite, and explains things very nicely. However, I am very dissapointed about one thing. I asked for all tire pressures to be set at 40 psi as I always request everytime I go to Roseville Toyota. Before leaving I again asked him whether tire pressures have been set at 40 psi, and he showed me the record that it was 40 psi. Wrong!!! The Avalon tire pressure indicators are very accurate. After I left, the indicators showed 35, 36, 34, 35 ... same as it was before servicing, which means that the tech did not actually adjust the pressure but simply recorded it as 40, 40, 40, 40. The tech is dishonest; he cooks up readings. I am very dissapointed. I hope the multipoint inspections are honestly done, especially the engine oil level and quality ... since the oil was not changed.

I had a 910 appointment to have my right rear tire looked at for low pressure. I did not receive a phone call until 1007 to be told that I had a nail in my tire. How is it possible that it took nearly an hour to do figure that out? Kyle just told me that it was busy and that you all are busiest in the mornings. That doesn't really help me understand why it took an hour to do something that should have taken 5 minutes to figure out. He then told me that you all took care of it at no charge like he was doing me a favor, but I have tire protection, so that isn't really helpful to me. You also don't have any record of me having tire protection and he told me that it hadn't been processed, which is odd, because how long does it take? I just didn't appreciate his sarcastic manner of handling things. He sent me out the door with an insincere "Have a nice day" and when I didn't respond he followed it up with a sarcastic "And I will, too". I almost turned back around to confront him, but did not want to make a scene. For him to intentionally make a comment that would further upset a person that was already unsatisfied is inexcusable. This is my first experience with your service department and I just started my 3 year lease, so this is starting to make me think I chose the wrong company. It's definitely making me rethink where I take my car to get serviced. I would drive farther to Auburn, if it meant I would get treated better than I was today. Just really disappointed. Durand D
