Excellent service, as always. Routine service appointment. But found that rats were making a nest in my engine compartment!! Totally unexpected!! But Molly Kennedy and Mike North explained what was needed, Mike spoke to the AAA claims adjuster and now it’s full steam ahead to get the problem resolved.
