Jim didn’t seem to like assisting me from the time I arrived. He sent me home by just turning off my sensor making it sound like I didn’t turn it on. He just turned it off to get rid of the display notice. I had to drive back afterwards. Even how he handled the conversation when I wanted to contact my insurance was unprofessional and borderline rude. Most likely, I’ll be taking my car back to my old dealership for service just to avoid him.
