Steve was great! I have been going to Roseville Toyota for a few years now for service. I just purchased a new 2019 Camry at another John L Sullivan location in Livermore CA. I live here in Roseville so it makes sense for me to take my car in to Roseville for service. When I called in I spoke to two different women who were not helpful at all. One last has the audacity to tell me I should drive all the way to Livermore for service and Carla is very incompetent. She is nice but it seems like she is reading off a script and asked me 3 different times what was wrong with my vehicle because she wasn’t paying attention to me on the phone. I had to call in for several days to get an appt because Carla and the other woman on the phone kept telling me they would have someone call me yet they never did........

Took 1.5hrs just for an oil change. Service person miraculously did not mention anything regarding TWO problems reported on my previous service. This leads me to believe that either my previous service guy manufactured thise two problems or my latest service person did a 'rush' job despite making an appointment and making me wait for so long. Needless to say this was not the excellent customer service I deserve as a loyal toyota owner for the last 15yrs. Not happy at all.
