Was told by tire manager when I asked about the senior discount that we talk about it when I bought my vehicle in. Chris said no way couldn’t do 2 discounts
I didn’t realize the tires were buy 3 get1free. Really feel this was a bait & switch previously I been very satisfied with my Toyota experiences . Not so happy this time

I am 71 yrs old and it takes a lot out of me physically to come and have my car serviced not to mention it cost me $600.00 + to have it fixed.
I bought my car from your dealership and I like Toyota but when the Service person can see what needs to be fixed and then tells me me he knows what to order and gets the part and then a few days later I bring the car in and sit and wait only to find out a few hrs later when they tell me the car is ready Taft the cost is $ .00 and the service Mgr is busy and cannot talk to me and sends some other person to tell me it's the wrong part with no clue as to what happened I was furious!
