When the vehicle was returned to me the dashboard was indicating multiple error messages and instructing me to return to the dealer. It turned out the mechanic had bumped into a sensor and knocked it off. My frustration was that neither the mechanic nor valet noted the error messages and just gave me the car back. Further I had to come back the next day to get the car as I had a prior engagement and did not have time for someone to diagnosis the problem and fix it.

Barbara was very nice and very efficient. My wife and I were waiting and suddenly I got a text message from Barbara informing me that my car was ready and the service was done. I was told that the service will be finished in about a hour but it was done in less than an hour. I also want to extend my appreciation to the mechanic who did the wonderful job.
