Although due to high pricing ($5500.00) I chose to pick up my Tacoma and take it to an actual transmission shop, Corey was outstanding! Very honest and very helpful. He even helped me today on his day off!! Great guy! Best service advisor you guys have! He always communicates extremely efficiently! My biggest disappointment besides the very high price to actually resolve my issue was that no one even drove my Tacoma. It was only computer diagnostics that were ran and I made it very clear prior to dropping it off someone needed to drive it. However Corey did state before coming that you guys do not do Transmissions other than swapping them out. So he was straight up! I absolutely LOVE Corey.
Second best part is the easy rental department and the discount when getting service! Or repairs! Corey Rocks!!!!!
