I was out doing my Christmas shopping and I got a tire sensor alert. I checked my tires and saw a screw sticking out of one of my tires. I took my car to Toyota without an appointment and they were very nice and accommodating. They said they would try and look at it today before they close and in between appointments. They were able to get to it today and were able to replace the tire today as well. They were able to get me my car back so I can go to work tomorrow. They were very friendly and nice were they were talking to us. And did what they could.

I can't thank Roseville Toyota enough for the quick and comprehensive service I was provided today. Unexpectedly, we found out our son and daughter-in-law's Matrix was overdue for serious maintenance. While there was really no time for us to schedule a proper appointment, Advisor Sean Bouthillier and Technician Stuart Remington found a way somehow to fit us into an already crowded schedule. The oil change I came in for revealed the need for significant additional repairs! But Sean and Stuart got it all done -- and on time!
