Awesome. Nothing bad to say. This is my first Toyota and first service at Toyota. I can only compare to ford. My other vehicle is a ford. And I am beyond satisfied with Toyota. The whole experience was great and fast! I love the way that the runner checked my paperwork before I took my car. Ford doesn’t do that, and I loved the security behind it.

Mike North is an excellent advisor ! He always keeps me informed of the progress. My concern is with the mechanic who replaced the new tire and installed my wheel locks. The mechanic failed to package my original lug nuts and leave the package in my auto. Now when I no longer need the wheel locks I will have to buy NEW lug nuts !!!! Maybe you can still have them delivered to my possession?
