My family owns multiple Toyota’s and continued to be loyal customers at Roseville Toyota. Three top things I was most dissatisfied about today’s service were:
1. Came in with a known flat tire, waited 30 min, received a phone call stating “nothing was wrong with the tire”...which apparently there was.
2. Disappointed in the lack of customer care after purchasing tires at Roseville Toyota exactly 14 months prior. Was not able to immediately fix/replace tire. No alternative until midweek, not willing to accommodate or find alternatives in any way.
3. Placed wet, dirty tire in back of my clean car. Not mat, no plastic, nothing from protecting the inside of car. The least they could have done is placed it back where the spare is supposed to go. Now for 6 days, I have no room in the back of my vehicle due to the tire occupying back area space.

I was absolutely blown away having received my entire service needs, which included a complimentary car wash and was on my way in 30 minutes. At first I thought my name was being called in error. But when I confronted my service rep, he assured me that there was no mistake, and that everything on my service sheet had been accomplished. When I told him that I have been going there for service for the past 18 years and NEVER was out of there in 30 minutes, he said that was now your main goal. MY HATS OFF TO YOU GUYS.
