I was told my car would be done in 60 to 90 minutes. 2 1/2 hours passed and I had to come and ask about it. He was busy with another customer so he handed me off to Cory. Kyle was my original point person who told me the original weight time. I would suggest as a courtesy that you do a quick vacuum of the cars for tickly when it’s raining and they didn’t have to wash it. I would’ve made alternate plans had I known it Was going to take so long. I should’ve been notified of the extended wait time once they realized it.

It took 2 hours and the only two things that needed to be done was tire rotation and new wiper blades.
