I waited for almost 4 hours for a simple tire issue and kept getting excuses for why, I purchased my last 4 cars at your dealer ship and I feel I got the run around on this simple service. I had an appointment at 1020 am and didnt make it out to almost 2 pm. Was told everyone went to lunch then was feed some sh@$ about the sensor and it takes an hour to change one tire. When I had my Van's tire changed there it took less time and it had sensors also. Shame on the lies I was told yo cover bad customer service. I love my toyotas but after this I might have to go elsewhere
