Austin is truly impressive- she was very knowledgeable, friendly & professional; she patiently walked me thru prior maintenance records for my dad’s car (he’s now 95 & can’t provide any input) & provided insight on vehicle issues, in an unbiased, non-pressured way. Really, what a killer service advisor! I’ve dealt with BMW, Mercedes & Volvo service reps - don’t hold a candle to Austin. I’ll be dealing w/ Austin as long as she’s available. Please keep her, if you can, she’s a star.

I came in for an oil change. I was told it would only take 1 hour. At the 2 hour mark I did get a call from my service advisor apologizing for how long it has been taking which was kind. 3 hours after my arrival time I am leaving and they said they had to jump start my car because the lights were left on for an hour and a half while it was sitting there before they serviced it... my battery report came back low, but I am unsure if that is after or before the light situation. On a positive, my service advisor was kind and helpful.
I have always had great experiences here. But today’s as not as smooth sailing as usual.
