When appt made I asked how long it would be and what was included in 120000 mile service. Told appt would last an hour and was only an oil change. Got there and told it was 3 or more hours and be $1500. Didn't have time and now I have to have another appt. Not happy.

Michael did a fine job. I was not satisfied that it took over four hours to do my oil change. I had am appointment at 1050am. I was checked in at 1040am and was told it would take about an hour and a half because they still needed to get the oil filter from the other dealership. I understand that, however, I spoke to a person on the phone the night before and confirmed my appointment, so I feel like my filter should have already been on property. After an hour and a half, I go check on the status of my vehicle and get told that the filter hadn't been picked up yet, but it should be picked up within 10 to 20 minutes, and add an additional 20 for the oil change. An hour later I check in on the status and get told that it's not done yet but should be done soon. An hour after that, I get a call saying that my oil change isn't done yet but my back brakes need to be replaced soon. I declined because I had already been there for three and a half hours. 20 minutes later I get a call that my vehicle is done.
