Derek did an excellent job and answered my questions My problem is with the length of time. I made an appointment and it still exceeded 1 hour. Most of the time it is closer to 1 1/2 hours for a simple oil and filter change with an appointment, my expectation is NOT to be placed in the que for the service The work that has been performed before has always been good. Your scheduling needs more consideration!!!
