Kyle was not available when I arrived but Corey stepped up and helped me. He reviewed my car’s maintenance history and was concerned I may have missed my 90,000 mile maintenance. He gave me a printout of what that service entails. I took that home and after reviewing my past maintenance printouts I determined that we had already done all the necessary components of that service.

I had bad experience with Barbara Robertson. I arrived to Roseville Toyota Service to do oil change at 01/13/2020 and I made an appointment to do it at 01/12/2020. But my service advisor Barbara did paper work without oil change. She gave me papers and I signed them, but I thought that it will be oil change. I had millage to do oil change. When I received my car I recognized that Toyota Service didn't do oil change. I told about it to my advisor and she told me that it was my mistake and if I signed paperwork it means I agreed with everything. I was confused because I come to do oil change. Bad work. Bad communication with customer. Bad work knowledge.
