Paul was great. The first advisor we visited was awful. He sits closest to the managers office. We had a piece of metal in our tire...tires we were convinced to buy from Toyota. The advisor said he didn’t have time to help us, nor did his team. As we voiced our displeasure with his response, Paul overheard us and took over. Paul did a great job of assessing our problem and getting us taken care of. The other advisor needs some refresher training immediately. Also, if Toyota wants to sell tires, it needs to provide the same level of support as the tire companies...otherwise these will be the last set I ever buy from Toyota.

I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to complete my oil change but it actually took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Paul was very loud and did a poor job of keeping me up to date. He is not my usual customer service representative when I come in and I do not want to ever deal with him again. His lack of compassion really bothered me.
