He told me the service was about 1.5 hrs.. Two hours past, U did not receive a call, I was at waiting lounge. I thought to give it more time. 3.5 hours later, still no call from him. I was wondering, so I went to his booth, that’s when he said it was done and just getting all the papers ready. I don’t believe it because he saw me coming, so maybe he realize I was already waiting too long with no reason, he forgot, I was waiting.

First off, price was WAY TOO HIGH for an oil change. I’ve been getting my oil changed for the past 4 years at the Marin Toyota dealership and will continue to go there. Your pricing is $23 dollars higher. Lesson learned. Austin called after closing and assumed I would be picking up my car the next day. Austin also never communicated what time the office closed even though I made it very clear I would be picking up my car the same day. Overall very unhappy. 0/10 will not being returning.
