Overall service was very good. However, I was disappointed regarding the lack of a car wash. Your website says there is one. For both the 5K and 10k service I was told it was broken. Then on the paperwork I received it reflects the customer declined a car wash. Both times. Very misleading. While my overall experience with the dealership has been outstanding, this minor issue is disturbing. Not the failure to get a car wash. The mixed messaging can affect trust.
