First off i dont write bad reviews. But this is an exception. I called friday to ask about an issue and had to call 5 times to finally get help. Then after i get an appt scheduled Paul called me and said it wouldn’t be under warranty, since what was “causing the issue” was an add on when it wasnt. I dropped the car off monday and get a call 15 minutes after its dropped off that the issue was i needed a subscription that had no relevance to the issue. So twice he told me the wrong info. I get a call my car is ready and i go get it to see the check engine light is now on. Which made me angry because i shouldnt be getting my car back with a light on that wasnt there when i dropped it off so i had to drop it off again. I go back at 3:30 when i was off work and he had no idea the status of my car and then told me i needed a rental. That went smoothly. Today i called at 8 am, 9 am, 10am and finally at 11 drove the rental over since no one bothered to respond to my calls about the status of my car and i find out it was ready at 8 am and i never got a call. I give the rental back and then watched the valet for 15 minutes try and find my keys that were hanging up right behind them before they noticed. All in all not a great experience and i dont mean to complain but when customers are expecting the top level service thats advertised and get sub par its disappointing.

Fast and to the point - great customer service

The car smells like cloves or something. And I think it would be nice to dry the car to prevent water spots. Especially on the windshields

Barbara Roberstson was excellent she had such a soft welcoming personality i felt like she really enjoyed what she was doing. She answered all my ex questions i had she took her time with me to explain about the Toyota Care Plan and Barbara took time to write all cost down to show me how much I would save and if she did not take the time I would have not purchase the Toyota care plan again. Very pleasant excellent customer service.

We drop my car yesterday he don’t told me same time check light charge $165 per hour when we go thear next morning he say we charge $165 per hour but we don’t need but he say u give me $413 and and take e car. That’s ruff he don’t told me before chaking We have 4 Toyeta car but we sole all four it is not good ????????????????????
