Too long of wait for simple tire rotation. Seems to me that getting in an out in less than an hour is not too much to expect with an appointment. I was there for 1.5 hours. I didn't mind waiting when you offered free shuttle, but now that I have to stay to wait I expect it to be done more quickly.
