Turned my wife away and actually told her and later me on the phone that he was busy and did not provide he help. Her tire light had come on while she was taking me to the airport. I told her to take it back to Roseville as we just had it serviced there last Tuesday. My wife left the dealership, no safety inspection and called me. I told her to go back to dealership. I talked to Connor who admitted he was too busy and when I confronted him he said he was sorry . Short story, they examined the vehicle, light still on.

$200 something to charge for a simple diagnostic on a squeaky window that possibly just needed lubricant. Also, another $200 quote for a rear bumper skin molding replacement. The techs easily could have just put more adhesive tape on the old one, instead of the service advisor trying to up sell me to purchase a new one.

I am sure the service part was good. I trust that. But the car wash was very ordinary.. it didn’t even feel clean. It seemed rushed and like it just went through a water spray and not much else.. hopefully it will be better the next time..

I enjoyed Connor’s service. However, Derek helped me in the beginning and I was not impressed with his level of service. I don’t know if he was under the weather, or had had a long day. He just didn’t seem happy to be there or happy to help me. Perhaps it was just an off day for him.
