I asked for a car wash and I was told that car wash is broken. At the end when I was picking up my van, I asked again if I can get a car wash. Valet asked someone on the radio and washed my van in couple of minutes. It is very unpleasant feeling when representative is lying to you.

Inaccurate future CV boot recommendations. I was advised for a $1150 CV boot replacements for both my front Axles which I didn’t need. They told me I was missing a clamp in one of my CV boot causing an excessive leak. I happen to work in the industry so I took my vehicle to work right away and placed it in a lift for me to inspect. Sure enough clamps were all secured and found very minimal seep from the boot. Boots were not even torn. I felt lied upon by the tech and felt like he tried to pull a fast one on me. Luckily I’m inclined with all these things. I just feel sorry for those other customers that’s given inaccurate recommendations and they go approve to do the work. It’s a complete robbery in my opinion.
