I’m so glad that after complaining about my squealing brakes for 6 months, they were finally fixed. Cory was so helpful making sure that the other repairs that were identified were covered under my extended warranty. The ease of obtaining a rental car while my car was waiting for parts was a breeze.

Where do you want me to start? I am totally dissatisfied with Rebekah because of her poor customer service. Normally, I get helped by Jon Pepper and other advisers that are professionals. But not Rebekah. She barely wants to talk to me, no cheerful smile, did not look at me directly. I immediately wanted to switch but I told myself “be patient .” When it was time to sign the receipt after the service was completed in her office, her disposition was the same. I happen to have a toothpick that I place in front of me to reach out into my backpack. When I looked up, she was holding a trash can across the table pushing up my face. What? She pointed to the toothpick. I quietly pick it up and told her, At this time I enough is enough. She tried to complete the transaction, I told her that I have to call my office ( usual) to get paid over the phone. She gave me a look that was not called for. I requested I want another adviser to complete the transaction. So we went across to the other side where Jon Pepper was located. Again, Rebekah had an attitude insisting I should go to the cashier. I politely told I want to complete my transaction with one of these guys. It happened that Jon Pepper was available and welcome me with a smile and small talk (as expected). The transaction was completed at Jon’s desk very smoothly. In my humble opinion, Rebekah need more customer service training. That’s it.

Took very long to service truck with only an oil change. Also when I was called after over 2 hours, my truck was still being washed. When picked up truck it was wet from being sprayed however was not truly washed as my windows still had dust. Is was wiped it would have been clean.

I was told that my truck would be washed and it wasn’t. Even though I didn’t pay for the repair, I did pay $165 for the diagnostic. Perhaps it was missed. Other than that, the customer service was excellent.

Truck is still popping so something is still going on with cold starts. But in regards to who I trust working with is Shane and his team. I have been happy with everyone's help. So initial problem still exists with vehicle but truck is in much better place after rebuild. Hope Toyota engineering can step up to the plate and help Shane and his team figure out this popping sound that seems to be common with these trucks. Hate having to take the truck back in to ask for there service and help. Shane is good at what he does and have a lot of respect for him and his team. Which the Toyota corporate engineers I could say the same thing and hope they can step up to the plate to help Shane and his team figure this out.
