When they changed the oil the tech left the bar that holds up the engine hood unattached. For two day I thought I had a serious issue until I figured out the root cause.. Even cancelled a trip to the snow due to the issue (absolutely unacceptable oversight).

Representatives was more concerned about upselling than listening to my concern. Instead of listening to what i had to say, she cut me off and said there will be a diagnostic fees. If she had listened and tried to understand, i might have agreed to diagnosis but given unprofessionalism, I will have another shop check out my car. Going forward, I will not bring any of my 3 cars back to dealership.
