I had questions about my stereo system and nothing was done or resolved. I was told my filters were dirty and they “shook” out the dust. My question is, “why were they not replaced “?? Poor quality service !! Very disappointed how in responsive and a no care attitude from time I drove in to the time I left. Being this is my 4th Toyota bought, service and personal care and concern has definitely gone down!

The service reps was great. His hands were tied as there were no supervisors or managers to assist with my situation. I have had my Sequoia in multiple times for excessive brake noise. Sounds like metal on metal to me and I get ‘looks’ frequently and my neighbors have mentioned hearing me leave for work in the morning! I travel almost an hour to have my vehicle serviced at your location. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed the issue has not been repaired. I am to the point now I am shopping for a different vehicle. Other than this, I appreciate your service team!

This is the second time you have scheduled me for service (oil change) and it was not needed.So I drive all the way from Plumas Lake to your service center then I am told I don't need an oil change for another 45000-5000 miles. This should have been caught by the service advisory over the phone when the appt was made.What can we do to rectify this?
