Kyle was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. The single worst experience I have ever encountered in 20 years of car ownership. Due to this experience I will never consider buying a car at Roseville Toyota. I’m currently looking into purchasing my second Land Cruiser in 3/12 year, waiting for the 2020 LC. I will not be purchasing this vehicle at Roseville Toyota, and it’s entirely due to the service department.
