Mr. Koontz was always available to answer questions during my car’s servicing and give me a heads up on service required @ 120,000 miles which I was unaware of.
Also, the level of service quality is—let’s just say that I can feel difference in how the car drives when my former oil change place services my 2016 Prius 3 touring
and that when Roseville Toyota services it.

When your employees had the time to attend me, they were very professional and good. However? in every occasion that they needed there service they were already busy on the phone with another customer and I had to wait for more than 5 minutes. On the other hand whenever I called them they did not pick up the line, presumably they were attending another customer. Your ratio of employee to customer is not properly designed.
