- Car was not ready when we were told to come in; left work early to get there before 6pm but ended up waiting until ~6:45pm for the car because alignment not completed but required as part of the repair completed.
- Tire alignment not correct; will require a return visit.
- Gash in tire; potentially unsafe to drive (??) and will require a return visit as well.
- Floor board in rear passenger area not re-installed; had to secure ourselves.
I’ve reached out to my service provider and am awaiting his return call or text.
