Everything went well with the maintenance, but as buyer of 3 brand new vehicles within the last 9 months, I would appreciate a shuttle ride when any of my vehicles are being serviced. I was told that it would take 1-1.5 hrs for the service so I asked for a shuttle to drop me off at a nearby restaurant for breakfast. Being declined a 7mins, one-way car ride leaves a really bad impression on my business there.

Jon went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I’m sure he would have done that anyway, but, when he found out I had purchased my car only one week prior, he went above and beyond my expectations. Unfortunately he was out sick the day I picked up my car, so I couldn’t thank him personally. Not surprisingly, he had provided my documents to the gentleman at the desk to his left and my check out was very smooth. I have been nothing less than impressed with Toyota and it’s employees since the first time I came in!
