I had an apt., check tires and fix/or replace the outside rubber strip that holds the windshill in place. They checked me in at 10:18, I drove out at 12:45. Now if I was having serious work done then maybe it takes that long. But 21/2 hours, not acceptable. It is not Paul’s issue.
